I was able to get Vinasat 1 which is located at 132degrees East. This satelllite was launched on 18th April 2008. As per Wikipedia this is the first satellite launched by Vietnam. It has C & Ku band transponders.
Cband covers most of the parts of the earth where the satellite is above horizon. Its center beam strength is 44dBw over Vietnam and Cambodia to 30dBw over New Zealand and well into the ocean.
This satellite has few Ku band packages aimed at catering DTH customers in and around Vietnam. Its foot print covers from Malaysia to parts of Tibet! It misses South India but covers Odisha(Orissa)! 54dBw over its centre to 36dBw over Odisha (Orissa).
I am able to get both C & Ku band beams of this satellites and all frequencies are receivable with a 6ft 6panel prime focus dish. Though understandably 8psk signals from 10968 H 28800 isn't very strong.
The signal level changes many times during the day and it goes anywhere between 48%-59% on Melbon receiver. Most of the channels are scrambled.

As I am from Chennai I don't have idea about the dish size in Hydrabad. You can ask MJ786 in dthhelp.com as he is active there and he once posted about vinasat. He is also from Hydrabad I think.
